Supported Employment

Through our supported employment program, we provide a comprehensive approach designed to provide individuals with employment opportunities for meaningful participation in daily life. At Life Gate, we connect individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a wide variety of employment opportunities in the community. Each type of job is intended to allow the person to earn his/her own paycheck and enjoy the satisfaction of financial independence and a job well done. Depending both on the abilities of the individuals and the needs of the employers, LifeGate works to provide both initial work experiences as well as stepping stones to more challenging and higher paying jobs.
