The Community Development Services at Life Gate provides the Individual with development and maintenance of skills related to community membership through engagement in community-based activities with people with and without disabilities. Life Gate’s Community Development Services can be provided in a variety of community settings and activities that promote opportunities for increased independence and inclusion.
